I had a quality experience with Rick Gramlich of Keller Williams. I was looking to sell but completely overwhelmed by the amount of work I had to do to even get it on the market. Rick had sent out a postcard to see if I was interested in selling, and I figured it couldn’t hurt to meet with him. He was polite, professional, and he never made me feel bad about the wrecked carpets, etc. Ultimately, I asked him if there was someone who could buy my house and flip it. I just wanted out. He worked with me on the price that would allow me to meet some moving costs and to purchase a house in another state and within a week or two, I had accepted an offer from a buyer that Rick had found. What a load off! I’m writing this review from my new (to me) house in another state. Rick has checked in on me and showed me the video of the redone home - immaculate. I highly recommend Rick Gramlich. He took good care of me by being professional and offering solutions so that I could sell. I had a quality experience. Don’t hesitate to call Rick.
